About the Long Island Network of Community Services
LINCS owns a 30-thousand square foot state-of-the-art office building that provides professional office space to partnering and other non-profit agencies. This uniquely designed building allows non-profits to compete in the professional arena.
In addition to providing office space to LIAAC and BiasHELP, A Division of LINCS, support was given in the form of performing key administrative functions designed to enhance organizational efficiency.
LINCS offers Capacity Building programs through its primary partnerships with LIAAC and other non-profits. LINCS also continues to:
- Offer a wide range of non-contributory pension and employee benefit programs to attract and maintain high quality individuals.
- Provide its partnering agencies with key strategic guidance and technical expertise related to program development and institutional advancement.
- Offer capacity training and technical assistance in the areas of: Fiscal Management, Human Resource and Staff Development, and the integration of new programs to provide additional revenue and agency stability.
